Our mission is to create vibrant markets which reflect, improve and inspire our communities.
The Clog Market is a sole trader run social enterprise in Rawtenstall, Rossendale Valley, Lancashire. Our makers, bakers, creators and market traders sell vintage, artisan, handmade, floral, arts&crafts, food, drink, patisserie and other cool stuff. We have a selection of the best street-food traders so it usually includes, veggie, vegan and free-from options. You love our small batch handmade cordials, however, you do like a bit of craft beer and gin too! At The Clog market you are encourage you to sit, chat, shop, watch, laugh, eat and join in.
The Clog Market celebrates our northern community at The Great Get-Together and our Christmas market featured in Northern Life Magazines Best Christmas Markets in the north 2018 and were the Rossendale Business “Valley at Work” award winners of 2019 for the most inspirational business in Rossendale. We featured in The Market Times magazine and appeared on regional news and media.
Rawtenstall is just at the end of the M66 Motorway, you can take a Witchway X43 bus, a Rosso bus or jump on the East Lancs steamtrain at Bury or Ramsbottom.
Stalls and pitch applications are welcome from experienced or start up vintage traders, handmade creators, artisan food producers, market traders and streetfood chefs. We’re here to support you and always have an allocated pitch space for a Rossendale based community group wanting to fundraise.
