What’s the clog market doing?
We’re joining in the groove this year with pop up food and drink stalls at The Whitaker Museum in Rawtenstall, Saturday September 9th. It’s a free family event for everyone and his dog. Some fantastic cool bands are playing retro tunes, the food and drink will be ace, there are garden games, a tug of love-not-war on the lawns and we have Arty Party Rossendale with their own brand of creative retro arts and crafts for our younger visitors to join in with.
Dress to impress 60s style and you may win a prize for being the grooviest chick or guy.
Whitaker museum is free, has an amazing social and natural history collection plus an art gallery and also a restaurant-cafe-bar. The park has a lovely playground and you can find a perimeter path to walk around.
Everyone is welcome to come over and join in. Just meet up with family or friends, listen to the music, sit, chat, laugh, eat, drink, wander around and enjoy the day.
See you soon.
